Our Luxury Beef
At Comanche Moon Wagyu, we proudly raise American Wagyu F1 Akaushi cattle, known for their exceptional marbling, rich flavor, and unmatched tenderness. When you purchase directly from us, you’re not just buying beef—you’re investing in a healthier, tastier, and more sustainable way to feed your family.
We sell our cattle in quarter and half shares, custom-processed at a trusted local facility to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Whole shares are available by special request.
Quarter Share
- Approx. 100–120 lbs of take-home beef
- Freezer space needed: 4–5 cubic feet
- Perfect for smaller households who want a variety of cuts without filling a large freezer. Includes steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, and ground beef.
Half Share
- Approx. 200–220 lbs of take-home beef
- Freezer space needed: 8–10 cubic feet
- A great balance of value and quantity. You’ll enjoy an impressive selection of premium cuts to enjoy year-round.
